"Situated close to a number of shops and a large grocery store makes this a very convenient location. The resort itself is attractive and well maintained. Nicely appointed and clean rooms, including a handy kitchenette makes for a comfortable stay. The views from the beach facing rooms are spectacular. Last but not least, a special shout out for the wonderful staff! They were professional, courteous and attentive to guests needs. I can happily recommend this resort for a relaxing vacay."

There were certainly better restaurants on the island but they had enough in the menu to get you through the week. - Would have been nice if they mentioned a hotel was being built next door and I would have to listen to construction my entire vacation. "The facility is clean. Beach and pool areas are beautiful and are well attended. We ate at the two on-site restaurants (BLT Steakhouse and Casa Nonna). The receptionists at both places were overwhelmed, slow in seating us and not warm even though the restaurants were not full. At Casa Nonna, our entrees arrived 1.5 hours after we sat down. We have been to several Ritz Carlton properties and always raved about the services. We felt this one was the least pleasant experience. "
