"The rooms were in terrible condition. Stains & holes in the bedding & towels, marks all over the walls and drapes. The toilette was so stained brown that it looked like it had never been cleaned. All the furniture was chipped and in poor condition. They did not clean our room once in 3 nights. When they did pop by they left towels and toilet paper outside the door. The breakfast was so terrible. In a month of travelling Thailand it was by far the worst. I stayed in hostels on this trip that were...

"I paid for the honeymoon suite, but when we got there we were told the aircon had broken. We were put in a lesser room with no discount. The pool didn't look clean. The tv didn't work properly and there were no English speaking channels. The beach was nice and was very sheltered- good for a young family. You are definitely paying for the location and not the run down resort. "

"We booked this on a friend's recommendation and we were booked for 5 nights here but we left after 2 nights. We were charged for all 5 nights by the hotel. First of all the location was the worst. It's on the north side of the island and was too far from all of the action, shopping and good beaches. "Wow this place is just as amazing as show in pictures- the rooms are spectacular and so affordable. Good restaurants around and perfect for post full moon party recovery. We came here to take a break from the party and it didnt disappoint. The staff is so helpful and we did laundry here. They helped us rent a motorbike too. The room was clean, the beds were so comfortable and the AC was excellent. They had a fridge, safe, robes and the pool was cleaned daily. Wifi worked great too!"
