We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Hotel D’Angleterre. The property is very well maintained. The staff is friendly and very helpful and the hotel is located in the heart of Chalon, which is a beautiful, historic city. We would definitely stay again!

A lovely overnight stay at this hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. Centrally located but quiet at night, great for exploring the town. Beautiful room, comfortable bed. Superb meal in restaurant.

PERFECT PIT STOP
Super welcome from the receptionist. Dog friendly and they made a fuss of him. We had a large room on the front of the property but it was very quiet. Right in the centre of town.

The staff were friendly, polite and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, there was limited on site parking for early arrivers but it cost €10, we fancied eating out in Chalons on the evening and left too early for breakfast so I cant speak about the catering except to say what I saw looked very good.

Good hotel. Check in at 4pm and checkout at 11am is quite restrictive . Also breakfast only until 10am on a Sunday. If you would like to eat in one of their restaurants it appears you need to make a reservation weeks in advance.

Personne très agréable à l accueil mais ne demande pas aux personnes qui appellent de patienter ou de rappeler donc 10 minutes à attendre que les conversations se terminent. La literie est moyenne avec ds oreillers aussi plat que les pays bas , dommage également de ne pas avoir les chaînes tv de sport.

Sejour rapide, pour une nuit seulement mais tres agreable. Nous avons eu un tres bon accueil malgré notre arrivée tardive (merci encore). La chambre était confortable, propre et avec tout le nécessaire. Petit-dejeuner de très bonne qualite avec un large choix. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
