"I thought the house might be noisy being so close to town, but it wasn't! We all slept well in comfy beds, and the blackout shades kept rooms as dark as we wanted in the mornings. We liked the ample towels, plenty of dinnerware, nice pots and pans, and interesting artwork. We could walk to a nice coffee shop in the morning. Bear droppings in the yard got us excited, but we never did see one. Very interesting art work."

"House in beautiful setting with no close neighbors. Views were outstanding. Clean with everything you could possibly need in super stocked pantry. Very comfortable beds and bathrooms again with anything you might need. Communication with host was great along with ease of arriving and leaving. We could have stayed there a long, long time!! Highly recommended and we hope to return again."

"The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious. The deck was our favorite place and we spent many hours there, taking in the beautiful view and being amazed by the quietness. If you want to get away from the noise and close quarters of in-town living, this is a perfect place to go."

"This home Is huge with plenty of room, beds and bathrooms - perfect for a family reunion. The kitchen was big and included everything we needed and more, even some spices! Each bedroom has a theme which added to the fun. The house does have a lot of stairs throughout the house, sometimes only a step or two, but thought you should know this if your group includes someone who can't do stairs."

"The home is beautiful! The stay was very relaxing. The views are amazing. We seen black bears, deer and elk. In regards to the home. The only suggestion I would have for future renters is the kitchen isn’t fully stocked. No cups and no big skillets. Also, the Vrbo ad shows pictures of bunk beds but when you get there you can’t use them per the notes taped on the beds. The grill needs a good cleaning and doesn’t ignite properly. The washing machine needs to be professionally cleaned it’s mildewed...

"My grown "children" and I stayed here in late October. This home is stunning with ample windows and lots of wood, which is perfect for the setting. There is a forest in the front yard and a river in the back. Master bath has a jetted tub and windows which reveal the star-filled night skies. There's a hot tub in the back yard and a firepit by the river. Kitchen has gorgeous appliances. We will definitely be back! (The only thing missing was toilet paper.)"

"Spent 5 days in Chama for a weaving workshop. Town is small and pretty shut down after the season. Beautiful countryside. The house was clean and basic. Dylan was very responsive and good with communication. "
