"The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 shower), a really well equipped kitchen, a nice dining room and living room. Very convenient for a large family. Drive to Great Sand Dunes is about 30 minutes. Ft. Garland is tiny so for anything beyond very basic groceries you will want to drive to Alamosa. ..."
