"The house is located in the center of Chamois and is in perfect mountain style, very welcoming and with a splendid panoramic view. To reach it there is a short uphill stretch. The landlord provided a lot of useful information and was very helpful towards our needs. Highly recommended!"

"Maison Cly is the only hotel in Chamois. Staff try hard and rooms are all different- some very large (duplex) but others are more modern. Overall rooms are ok. The main points were that we had no real control over our heating which meant I had to ask reception every time I wanted the heating either on or off. The beds had only sheets on them which with two wriggly children is just impractical - but I am aware that the more modern rooms had proper duvets. Staff tried really hard to accommodate...

"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."
