"Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Teenagern und hatten das Apartment gebucht, um eine Woche lang in Chamonix Ski zu fahren. Bereits beim Eintritt in das Chalet fiel uns ein eigenartiger Geruch auf. Beim Verräumen stellten wir fest, dass an vier von fünf Fensterbänken bzw. der Laibung schwarzer Schimmel vorhanden war. Im Bad zeigte ein Großteil der sichtbaren Fußleisten starken Schimmelbefall. Das Bad hat keine Heizung und auch keine separate Lüftungseinrichtung, dafür aber viel Holzvertäfelung....

"Fantastic week in this well equipped little apartment on the outskirts of Chamonix. Close to bus stop and train so got to explore without using our car most of the week. Apartment is very well equipped with plenty of crockery, big TV, good shower etc. Marie was happy to meet us for check in and provided brochures for local information, we managed to communicate through our basic french and using Google translate. We had an amazing time doing lots of walks and making use of the many ski lifts...

"Cute apartment and very convenient to downtown Chamomix. My only complaints are the cleanliness of one of the bathrooms(mold in the shower and on the floor) and the message at check in that said we would need to clean the apartment before we left or pay 60 euro cleaning fee. There were no cleaning supplies. I may have missed it in the listing, but I did not expect to have to clean the apartment before leaving. We always pick up, take out trash, etc, but have never been asked to clean a VRBO. "

The apartment was located a short walk from the train station-- and had all that we needed for a 3 day stay in Chamonix. "We had a very nice stay with the family in this spacious, well equipped appartment. The owner was very nice. A bakery and a supermarket as well as the city center are in close walking distance. The train station and a city bus stop are nearby, but we found it easier to walk to Chamonix Sud to catch one of the ski buses towards the different ski resorts. Also perfect location to ski Vallée blanche. We can definitely recommend this place for a family!"
