"Great location, nice amenities, good breakfast. Rental ski place on site is outstanding for service. Hotel staff were nice but we asked for help ordering car service and although I confirmed 3 times, the car was not actually reserved which caused us a huge and very expensive problem the morning of our departure. "

"This is great value. The location is not as close to the buses as some of the others, but it is still in Chamonix Centre and close to everything. If you like Apres-ski parties, this is THE place. Amazing good times at Chambre-Neuf, until 8PM. The ideal room location is NOT the top floor, which is basically an attic, and not above Chambre Neuf - it rocks so loud that we were on the fourth floor directly above and could hear the bass/drums below. "Very nice discovery with the big sky hotel! Friendly staff, great vibe, nice reception area with games like pool and video games to hang out, free snack around 4pm, ski shop in the hotel with very friendly staff - we enjoyed our 3 days of skiing! The only thing is we were on the ground floor and our room was slightly cold so next time I would ask for a room on another floor. The pool and spa area was a great plus when coming back from a day of skiing. You have to take the car to go skiing but that did not bother us since we wanted to try different areas around chamonix. Fully recommend!!"
