OBVIOUSLY Expedia doesn't like my review, because they said if I didn't "REVISE" the review they wouldn't post it. So here is the "watered down version. I would have given this property a "Five Star" rating, had it not been for the "Check out"..!! I received a notification from my Credit Card that there was a charge from Expedia for the Hotel stay... Yet when I went down to check out, the Candlewood Suites had also charged my Credit Card for the nights stay. I spoke to "someone" who said she was the Assistant Manager and she said not to worry that she would straighten it out with Expedia and for us to go ahead and proceed with our trip to Florida, which we did. About 3 hours later, that "someone" who said she was the Assistant
Manager called and said that Candlewood Suites did not make the mistake and I would have to straighten it out with Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they said it wasn't their fault and the Candlewood Suites should not have charged my Credit Card. They both "abandoned" the situation and I'm am bei charged twice for the same night...!! "SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE"...I blame the "someone" who said she was the Assistant Manager at Candlewood Suites the most, because the "Assistant Manager"promised me that "she" would correct it ..!!
