- STREET PARKING IS NOT PERMITTED.
Please make sure cars are also not parked on the grass or in a way that obstructs the sidewalk.
Cars that violate this will be towed at the guest's expense.

We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.

Note: Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please place trash in the plastic bench daily to keep a clean home (trash bag 13 gl).

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.

• POOL HEATER
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 90F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning.

Great Disney area rental

Awesome!
I've stayed at many different places in Florida. This was the best yet. The place was beautiful, clean and well located. There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty to do. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and flatware. There were plenty of pots and pans to cook up a meal when we stayed in. The pool and outdoor furniture was enjoyable with seating for everyone. The beds were comfortable. The management company was outstanding. They replied quickly to any questions we had and immediately addressed any issues that arose. (The wind caused a tear in the roof of the screen over the lania. This was speedily fixed to keep our outdoors area free from bugs.) Thank you for a marvelous extended (5 week) stay!

Like a resort
We had a fabulous time in this beautiful home. Was close to everything we wanted to do (golf, Universal, etc.). Owner and property management company communicated quickly and were always friendly. I highly recommend. I will say that we went on spring break week, so some of the neighbors were a little loud and the noise ordinance past 10p was definitely not endorsed, but I take that as a one off as I was there during one of the busiest weeks of the year, and that is no reflection on this house in particular, which was amazing.

Good Stay but can’t flush toilet paper
This house was a perfect size for our 3 families. Property management was timely and responsive. House was well equipped with what families need. Had to have maintenance out twice for a bathroom on the main level. Was told to not flush toilet paper, the plumbing cannot handle it and that is the reason they have garbage cans next to the toilets.

Needs updating on pots and pans. Also needs a new toaster. Only cooked one side of the bread. Suggest you replace it with a 4 slice toaster. Other than that it was nice.

Perfect for multiple family vacation!
We had our two children and their spouses and the grand children all under one roof and there were still rooms that didn’t get used. The house is a beautiful layout. Open concept but yet privacy when you need it. The upstairs bedrooms were like separate living quarters, complete with its own living room and tv. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essential cooking implements, dishes etc. just add food! Lovely large washer and dryer just off the games room. The pool and jacuzzi lovely and warm, we paid for extra heating. One thing to note, one of the downstairs bedrooms (horse decor) does not have a window, but still a beautiful bedroom complete with a 4 piece bath. The driveway holds two cars and there is on street parking available. Close to a new Publix grocery store. Cracker Barrel, Panera Bread, Target, Hobby Lobby and more less then 10 minutes away. We had a wonderful time!

THE PROPERTY WAS VERY NICE, HOWEVER DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THAT WE HAD TO PAY EXTRA FOR THE POOL TO BE HEATED AND TO USE THE BBQ GRILL. I UNDERSTAND ABOUT THE POOL, BUT THE BBQ GRILL COME ON THATS A LITTLE PETTY....

Great vacation home
Everything was great except for a few minor hiccups. This is a guarded gated community, very secure. Make sure your drivers are all listed as we had some problems even accessing the property. The house itself is nice and well maintained. The hot tub is extra to “heat” and also to use the bbq is extra. Be aware when shopping around to figure this into the cost. I would have thought with the amount of money we spent that we wouldn’t be charged for extra things that are included in most other rentals. Communication with the property manager was great. The neighbors are also close in this home, so if the music gets rowdy next door, it could be an issue (as was the case a couple of the mornings on our stay). Game room was fun, plenty of towels and on site laundry a plus. The community has a clubhouse and it’s own little water park with lazy river. Overall, an enjoyable stay!

Amazing home and hospitality!!
My family and I travel to Florida once a year this is by far the best home I visited. Fully equipped kitchen, beds were comfy. The home was clean and decorated nicely. Upon arrival a tv was not working due to a storm before we got there the property manager and owner had replaced it by the next day. The owner was very good at communicating from the time I booked until the day we left! I will definitely book this home again!!!

Fantastic stay and an amazing property
We rented this property for 2 weeks. From the initial booking until the very end of our stay the communication with the owner was first class, any queries we had were responded to almost immediately. The property is equipped to a very high standard and cleanliness standards are excellent. 5 minute walk to the clubhouse. I highly recommend this property to anyone considering staying at Champions Gate and we look forward to returning.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very pleasing, clean ++, spacious and good amenities. We were a bit sorry that the purchased pool and spa heat wasn’t hotter. The club pools with the water splash area, water slides and lazy river were impressive and enjoyed by our little ones. Great family vacation!

We really enjoyed this house and the location it was in. The owners really paid close attention to detail and decorated every room beautifully, the beds and pillows were comfortable, we felt very relaxed in this home. We enjoyed that they sent a grill over for us to use, that was a really nice gesture, thank you!! The only downfall to this property would be how an issue with the pool and spa were handled by the property manager (I LOVE VH) they really tried to make every single excuse to keep from having to come out to fix the issue. Someone arrived during our 4th afternoon there and fixed it, he let us know there was a blockage keeping the warm water from the pool and spa, once removed the pool and spa worked amazingly for a day and a half. We waited to contact just in case it was a fluke, the heat worked again on our last evening. We were kind of irritated that we paid for pool heat to not get it- we had hoped to spend our evenings relaxing in the spa once our kids went to bed but we only got to enjoy it 2 nights. Be prepared for the resort pool if you come to champions gate, you can only bring bottled water in, they do have other stuff inside for purchase but sometimes you just want to be frugal and pack your own food and beverages. There are so many delivery options for meals and groceries to this house. This is a great central location.

I highly recommend this place!
I wish I could give more than 5 stars! After pouring over 300 reviews and reading the many issues people were having with other rentals properties, it gave me some direction as to what to look for when choosing a vacation property for my family. It was important to me that the owner responded to my questions and concerns in a timely fashion. The owner of this property was so prompt and efficient, that along with how great the house looked, I chose this house over many other choices. Also, this house is close to the clubhouse so that if you wanted to walk over you could. The house was perfect just like the pictures. Each room was extremely clean and stocked appropriately with toiletries and a starter pack of soap. Each bedroom was very clean and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with; pots, dishes, cups, and utensils, and everything you need if you plan on cooking. Pool area was very clean and I loved that the owner had a float available for my small child. My teenagers loved the game room! On-site amenities were amazing, and on-site restaurant food was delicious! I will be booking again. Our family trip was amazing because of this property and we are so grateful to this owner!

The house was as pictured very nice , clean and the pool was heated perfectly! The beds were wonderful we have stayed at a few different vacation homes and I must say the beds at this home are the most comfortable we have ever had ...that makes such a difference thank you for that !! Any concerns or questions were dealt with immediately. The blender was leaking and when I contacted the owner he had a new one at the door within the hour! I would recommend this beautiful home for a home away from home.

Great Stay!
My family and I enjoyed this home for our vacation. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The kids enjoyed the convenience of having a pool in the backyard and the clubhouse. Only a short drive to major attractions. There was only one issue during the entire stay. The first night after a storm the power went out briefly and then the air conditioning unit went out completely. I tried calling the numbers included on reservations the same night, but was not able to reach anyone. The following morning a family member spoke with customer service and initially they were not very helpful with assisting with issue, but eventually someone was sent out to fix the unit. The property was a pictured and will stay here again if in the area for vacation.
