"Super nice experience, when I arrived is earlier then the normal check in time, the front desk guy is super sweet offer me free tea and dessert at the lounge area with phenomenal river view while I’m waiting for them to get my room ready. room is clean and quiet!! Very nice stay, love Wuhan this city and if I go back will definitely pick this hotel again ! Good location too ,easy to get to places I want to visit."

"Pretty nice room with fair price. Clean and cozy with excellent bathtub and shower room. Nice service with well manner attitude , 30 mins drive distance to airport. A mall and some restaurants nearby. It offered delay checkout for me so I can go airport directly after checkout at 2pm. Enjoy my one night stay very much there."

"I haven’t been to mainland China in a while, and I was truly impressed! I landed at Wuhan Airport Terminal 2 around 9:40 PM — the hotel is right across the street! You can’t beat the location.
Holiday Inn shares a modern, beautiful building with Crowne Plaza. Everything feels brand new and thoughtfully designed.
The front desk warmly welcomed my family, signed us up for IHG membership, and upgraded our room. I wasn’t wearing my glasses, so I couldn’t catch the name of the wonderful staff — otherwise I’d thank her by name!
Before arriving, I messaged the hotel via Expedia. They replied quickly and professionally. That gave me great peace of mind.
Our room was spacious, quiet, and super clean. The shower was excellent, and the bathroom was fresh and well laid out. The thick carpets in the hallway make for great sound insulation!
Service was fast — every request was handled within 5 minutes. The gym and pool were spotless too.
I’ll absolutely stay here again on my next transit through Wuhan. Highly recommended!"

"This is one the best 5 star hotels I’ve stayed around the world, and the best shower hands down. The next one would be ihg in Osaka. The staff is amazingly friendly, room and hotel is new and clean. The hotel is attached to 3 subway lines, it’s close enough to airport with a short taxi ride, and not far from the popular places in hankou. The night view out the window with the Farris wheel was serene, very relaxing place. The breakfast had great selections and lots of local favorites. It also had a nice clean pool. I would recommend this place to anyone!"
