"The hotel stay is excellent, I like to stay in this hotel, it is near to the bus transfer service to air port and its room facilities are well maintained. BUT, the expedia room reservation is TERRIBLE. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff told me the room is not reserved, they do not have transaction with expedia. Lucky they have room available and they honoured the online booking price. I have to pay cash at the counter. I will not use expedia again when I go China, unless I receive a valid...

"It is interesting: this hotel looks decent from outside, it looks dismal in public space like elevator and hall way, and then the room is surprisingly well exceeding expectations. If you only wants to sleep there and the location suits you it is very fine. The pricing is very good. On the other hand, the city Changsha has many high-end hotels that cost way below other big cities in China so one may spend a bit more to enjoy some luxury. "
