"The location was fantastic. It was very close to restaurants and supermarkets. It was also an easy walk to the old port and all the sea sites. There were 4 weekly food markets that could also be reached walking. The only issues we had were a language barrier for operation of the stove/range and the washing machine /dryer. "Our trip to Crete Retreat was fantastic! Beautiful grounds, quiet and very enjoyable sitting in the sun near the pool having a glass of incredible Greek wine. Rob and Rachel were outstanding hosts.
