The casita is a cozy guesthouse (with AC/heat) of an estate property. The 2 bdrm, 2 bath casita has its own private tropical courtyard inside lovely, secure walled estate. Hi speed WiF. Located within a few blocks of Ajijic’s many amenities - restaurants, gym, grocery store, coffee shops, movie theaters, artisan shops, etc. Secure, designated parking within estate walls. Estate tennis/pickle ball court (tennis shoes req), HEATED swimming pool, gardens for guests to share. Pet friendly.

Ajijic/Lake Chapala for those unaware is a community on the largest lake in Mexico with year round amazing weather. Known for the charming, welcoming locals and expats who look to relax in paradise. Restaurants are fantastic, cobblestone streets, wonderful shopping in many artisan shops, nature, mountains, lake, with a small Pueblo/Town that’s nestled against the water. In town there’re plenty of bars, restaurants, a beautiful plaza with an old church, kids playing, families laughing and enjoying each other at an outside cafe or restaurant. Short taxi or Uber ride, or a 10-15 minute walk depending on you.
