"We had a great time. The house is beautiful and very spacious. Location is perfect because it’s close to everything. Neighbors were very nice! Host was super nice and very accommodating. "My husband and I chose this VRBO because of its location in the heart of Hatfield and McCoy trails and because they allowed our dog to stay there as well. Given the home has 6 beds, it was a bit large for us since we only had 2 persons and dog. LOL! "My family stayed at this creekside retreat to ride on the Hatfield and Mccoy trails and it was great. We were unsure about the area and what was going to happen when we arrived but everything was great and we had the best time. I will say that the owners were helpful in recommendations and if we ever go back to the Delbarton area we will seek out this house."

"This rental had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There was ample parking for 3 trucks with trailers and side by sides. The house was clean and beds were comfy after a long day on the trails. Homeowner was very friendly and responsive. We ran out of propane while cooking on the grill and he was there with a replacement for us promptly and stayed to have a nice chat with us. We would stay again! "

"The home was lovely. Well maintained and stocked with promised items and more. Just far away to enjoy the country but close enough to Williamson to do things in town or access the many trails in the area. Owners were fantastic with communication and checked in daily to make sure everything was well. Highly recommended if you are planning to be in the area."

"House is exactly as pictured. Very clean. Caretaker Pete was the best part of this house, he lives across the street and is very very friendly and extremely helpful. The area is rough however he reassured us we were good and all our property would be safe and it was. We went to WV to ride the Hatfield and Mccoys trail system, it was amazing!!! Suggestion for home owner, its time for curtains and a couch."

"From the beginning to the end Gary the host communicated with us brilliantly. The cabin was just as we expected and the attention to detail is second to none from the amenities to the coal and firewood. We stayed for two nights and it was a real restful environment from driving from NC and then being on the UTVs the next day. Only issues were: I could not get the front door to bolt when we left, even after following instructions. And could have used a few more towels, especially in the kitchen. "We came to ride the trails. I liked that we did not have to trailer the machines to the trail head on 2 of the 3 trail systems that we went to. Myrna and family are very friendly. Always asked if we needed anything. They allowed us to arrive early and hang out in the plentiful parking area. This allowed us and our pet to stretch our legs while she was cleaning the place for us. Town’s people are friendly and very appreciative of our business."

"The house is very cold. There are 2 units as described but those units only heat 5 ft. in front of it. The living room, kitchen and “second and third bedroom” are unusable. The bedrooms are not bedrooms but just a bed put in a random spot. None of the rooms have doors probably because there is no heat. Parking is a joke. There is a shop next door that details cars and blocks all of the parking. Definitely not worth it. Get a hotel and stay warm! "
