"I actually did not end up starting at this property because there was not air conditioning in the room. However, the owner of the hotel was so kind to me. He put all of my luggage in the room, brought me a fan to use and offered to take me to the grocery store. It was his decision to allow me to change to a hotel next door because he wanted to ensure I was very comfortable while I slept. This is not common to have this type of customer service, especially since I ended up not staying. But his kindness and willingness to accommodate me went above and beyond. If I need to come back and the air conditioning is working, I will stay at his hotel for sure. "

"Really nice new hotel, perfect location for Mons and if you have a car Pairi Daiza. Very nice new rooms and all the staff were lovely. Only downside was that the toilet is in its own separate room with no sink meaning you had to go to another room to wash your hands. But besides this quirk a great stay. "
