"Broken beds and furniture. One key for 3 people. The 3rd bed was an inflatable that deflated multiple times through the night that it was demanded I pay extra for despite the listing & booking stating 2br, 3 queen beds."

"It ended up the property wasnt available, already booked and we had to find alternate accommodation and are still waiting for a refund. Stayz took pur money very quickly but take a long time to give it back. Makes it hard ehen you are expecting to have money availavle for your holiday. We are never going to use Stayz every again"

"The property was unsafe with a balcony door that didnt close latch or lock, was advertised as frequently booked by families.. i showed up to a cot set up for my 2 year old right next to this balcony door. I ended up having to stay awake all night to ensure my kids safety. A blind fell on my eldest son because the bracket was crooked. "Overall fabulous venue, pictures are true representation of the property and beds and lounge area were very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen with a nice touch having cotton buds, toothpicks in the bathroom. Only minor challenge was working out how to park on street to then access the fobs at property’s entrance for the car park and apartment, but once in everything was spot on.
