Very helpful & friendly staff at the check in desk........very helpful ......even held onto my CPAP Machine that I left on the hood of the car by accident when we were unloading the baggage.

This hotel is in a state of flux, it lacks certain basic amenities, struggles with keeping it's staff and is somehow hard to find and in the middle of everything. That being said it was clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating. For a stop over this is a decent choice.

This is a fine place however it is nothing like the description that was online. The building does not have any restaurants and it certainly not an Art Deco design. There was a serviceable Mexican restaurant about a block away. And a Walgreens.

Walking distance to groceries, pharmacies, small shopping center, dollar general, gas, etc. Right off interstate 64 exit at Dunbar. Driving distance to much more...bigger shopping center, more dining options. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Prices are good.

There was a foul order in the hallways and room (smelt like a sewage). There was no hot water. After running the tub water for over 5 minutes it started to be warm enough to use for a shower. Overall cleanliness needs improvement.
