Beautiful hotel with high quality customer service. Convenient and walkable to many Charleston tourist destinations, shopping, and dining. Complimentary shuttle within a 2 mile radius was a nice perk during hot afternoons. We enjoyed our spacious, well-appointed suite.

We loved the hotel . The room was spacious and beds were very comfortable . That put cold drinks in refrigerator which was great. The staff Angel, Christen ans Sean were very informative and helpful it’s a great location .very walkable to market and Resturant.Valet parking was was a plus . Can’t wait to go vack

A great hotel in the heart of historic Charleston. Walkable to all attractions and dining. Clean, modern, well appointed. Transportation service to close by destinations was super nice during the heatwave. A nice cafe downstairs and a full restaurant on top floor.

We stayed one night here and one night at the Loutrel. We LOVED the Loutrel. The Restoration was neat, but the rooms were dark and dank, and the sheets were not breathable which made for a sweaty, uncomfortable sleep. Pool area looked bigger and cooler on the pictures, it was actually very small. The staff were great though!!!

One of top hotels I ever stayed in the world. Amazing service. Father’s Day special was outstanding. This is our paradise away from home. Friendliest and nice staff ready to assist you. Great happy hour every day at 5 pm. Breakfast in bed every day. Top rating and I travelled for more than 50 years. We plan to go to Asheville to be able to stay at their sister location. Again they always meet my high expectations. Can’t wait to return and recelebrate our engagement at The Restoration Charleston SC. You continue to amaze us. Don’t miss their roof top deck. Great food and drinks with top notch service.

Loved the historic feel of the Restoration, and the prime location off King St. Lovely huge 1-bedroom was a great deal. Super clean and everyone was very friendly. My only complaints are a) soooo cold in the halls and in the rooms (why set to 65???) and b) the breakfast they bring to your room is so lovely but it's hard to know what people will eat -- we don't like blueberries and one day everything was blueberry! I felt bad wasting the food so I said no to the breakfast on the final day. Would be nice if it were slightly customizable. All in all a fantastic stay, though. Lovely!

Spent a few nights to explore Charleston. The location was close to shopping , restaurants and all the charming historic sights you want to visit. The amenities at the Restoration were lovely, te refreshments in the library, rooftop plunge pool and breakfast basket to your door. Southern hospitality! Highly recommend.
