The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

A great place to stay. Clean and has plenty of amenities. Easy to get to and in a fairly convenient location.
Check in and check out was smooth. House is very charming! Extremely clean and comfortable! Owner is very quick to respond and friendly. Would definitely recommend. Close to all things down town and only 18 minutes from sullivan’s island beach.
Location is super close to everything. Beds comfortable, nearby construction was a little annoying but sound Machines in both bedrooms helped. Overall stay was great!
Our family really enjoyed our stay! Such a cute little gem of a property! We loved the nearby restaurants (especially Big Bad Breakfast!) that were literally a block away as well as the easy walk to downtown.
The place was great. Might be the nicest VRBO we have had in Charleston. Very close to lots of great food and the Citadel. Tight driveway and parking, but great place overall. We would definitely use this place again!
The communication leading up to and during our stay was exceptional. The property is situated a little bit north of all the shopping and restaurants on King, but the weather was perfect and the walk was extremely manageable. In addition, it is very close to Leon's and some other eats. The only comment is that there is currently a decent bit of construction right around the property but was not a big deal at all during the weekends (some minor noise on the weekday mornings but the noise makers in each room drowned most of it out). Overall, a great property and experience!
This property was perfect for what we needed! It was extremely clean and updated. The location was OK, very short drive to Meeting and Market Streets. A tad noisy due to all the renovations going on around us, but that didnt bother us at all! There was a very diverse population around us, but we felt safe. We would definitely consider staying here again.
What a cute and comfortable find!!! We stayed with friends and loved the charm of the house! We were able to walk to all of the locations we wanted. We didn’t have a car although there was a place to park if needed. The place was very clean and the beds comfortable. Our hosts were super attentive and very accommodating. We all agreed that we’d love to come back to Charleston and we would stay here again. Thank you!!!
Great stay and location for us and our two dogs. Very comfortable home. The property managers are top notch. Will return! (There isn’t any grass if you’re traveling with dogs, though)
The property was just as described. Everything you need or want was there. The beds were very comfortable. Nice kitchen even though we decided to eat downtown. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.
House is a cute renovation with lovely beams and exposed brick. Lots of kitchen amenities and huge shower stalls. The location has a lot of buildings and house restorations nearby so there are a not lot of other residences on the street. It’s near many tourist areas some being walkable. Property manager was in speedy communications about everything. Parking is very tight if you have a large carAre walkable
Husband and I had a pleasant few days in Charleston. This VRBO is just as pictured, but be aware that if you have a wide SUV like we do (Suburban), parking is challenging. We opted to park and walk or Uber for the duration. Also, the location is convenient and walkable to downtown (if you’re fit and it’s not hot), there is a lot of construction going on in the area.
I stayed at this rental for a few days over Christmas with my son and daughter and all three of us were very impressed with the accommodations this rental had to offer. Nestled in a street where there is a lot of renovation happening in the area, the house is a short walk to all of the main attractions Charleston has to offer. It is the perfect size for the three of us as the two bedrooms that share a bathroom featured very cozy comfortable beds and the downstairs living area features a sofa that extends out to accommodate a "third bed" with a convenient second bathroom just off the living room. There are enough cooking utensils, pots, and pans, but who needs that when you have such fine restaurants to walk to in Charleston?!
Communication was professional, responsive, and very courteous with the property manager!
If you are looking for a nice little getaway rental for no more than four people, I highly recommend this rental.
We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Lots of cool restaurants in the neighborhood. We found the Family Dollar at the end of the block really convenient!
We did not bring a car, but instead used Uber or Lyft all week. Lower King Street was a little far for us to walk, but it was an easy ride-share away.
The listing could be a bit more accurate with the bed configuration. We thought one bedroom had a queen bed plus a sofa bed, but the sofa bed it actually in the living room, which was not preferred. But they did have an extra air matress in the 2nd bedroom which suited us well.
The hosts were very quick to respond with any questions or needs. Thanks for the fun week!
The place was as advertised and a little larger than I thought. It is a standalone building and is a short walk from N. King street. There is a fair amount of construction going on, but it didn't cause a problem with noise. It just feels a little like a construction zone around the property. The property itself has a fence and feels safe and secure. It's close to Malagon, Big Bad Breakfast, Chez Nous, Verne's and Chubby Fish. The kitchen was reasonably stocked, although there were no wine glasses. I've stayed in hotels and rentals in Charleston at least once a year for the past 15 years. This place is a good value, especially for two bedrooms. The takeaway message: The place is great and we'd stay there again.
We Loved our stay. Be aware, if you are driving a large vehicle, the driveway is intimidating, however you got it! Perfect for our family of 5 attending The Shipyard for baseball. We walked to several places nearby for dinner and dessert.
