Northside Location in Charlevoix MI.

This studio is located on the north side of Charlevoix where you can be on Lake Michigan beach with a 5 minute walk. The studio has central air and heat if needed as well as large ceiling fans. The bedroom includes a queen bed with a Sterns and Foster pillow top mattress for your comfort.
There is a kitchenette that includes dinning seating of 4, a microwave, and refrigerator. The living room area has a full sofa and a chair in-a-half with ottoman; the chair in-a-half folds out to a full bed. There is WIFI, YouTube TV, a 55" Samsung flat screen TV run with Roku.
I have blocked some dates for cleaning reasons, especially Mondays, but if your looking to check in on a Monday just text me and I'll try to accommodate your wishes.

The studio was not only cozy and well-equipped, it was just a short drive to Bridge St. and all of the places you want to visit in Charlevoix! We loved the comfy bed and the nice shower, but were mostly happy to sit and have a cup of coffee together before we started our days in the sun!

My husband and I were out for a Fall get-away, and this was the perfect cozy apartment for us! It was very clean, the rental price was right, and it was just the right size for 2 (or 3) people. It was very quick to get to downtown Charlevoix. We also enjoyed seeing deer in our backyard.

As cute, homey, clean, and perfect as the pictures show!
We loved our stay at this place! Everything was very just as the description said and our host Mark was awesome! The perfect amount of privacy with the convenience of a local who knows his stuff. Everything you would want to do is within walking distance (downtown and public access to Lake Michigan). A little tidbit I loved was a closet that fit my needs for overpacking, equipped with a little bench for shoes :) plenty of storage room to pack away all those bags and suitcases out of the way.

Pictures dont do it justice.
We were very impressed with the cleanliness and location of property. We easily walked to downtown Charlevoix in a short 15 minutes. Super cute. The bed is very comfortable. It was just the right size for my husband and I. We had family that stayed at Weathervane right up the street and paid quite a bit more and after stopping in to look at where we were staying wished they had booked this condo instead. We hope to stay here on our next visit!!!
