Don't read the tenant reviews
The place was nice for what I needed. But read tenant reviews about cockroaches and poor management. The concierge garbage everynight outside the door well seems nice is probably why there's cockroaches. The walls in the bathroom and bedroom were disgusting, looked like blood, dirt all over them. Nice 1st floor access. Security system in apt. Nor alot of amenities
