Enjoy Lake Norman in this beautifully renovated condo just steps away from the pool, lake, great restaurant, and shops. We are a little different in that we pride ourselves on not only providing our guests with a beautiful and comfortable place to stay, but also helping to provide the best vacation experience possible. Our goal is to provide a space and experience that not only makes you to feel at home, but also a bit spoiled! This unit sits in a quiet complex with a view of the lake, steps away from the pool, located across the marina and just a few minutes walk from popular North Harbor Club Restaurant, The Cottage which is a wine bar and store, and The Cabin which is a cozy bar with wonderful craft cocktails and often has live music. On the complex site you will have access to brand new pickleball courts, tennis courts, a park walking trail, and a lake boardwalk to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. It’s just a little over a mile into the town of Davidson where you can visit Davidson College, and many quaint shops and restaurants. This complex also has the easiest freeway access than any other community in the area. This unit boasts of comfort and is well equipped with nice kitchen dinnerware, appliances, accessories and your basic coffee and cooking needs. Comfy beds (beware firm bed lovers, ours are definitely on the softer side, and somewhat high off the ground) smart tvs in each bedroom, a cozy living room with swivel recliners, a wood fireplace, and large smart tv, a well-stocked bathroom, and wonderful views from the back patio. Stocked with many games and books for guests to use and enjoy. This is a bottom floor unit, but there are 8 steps down into the unit, and unfortunately has no elevator.
An additional agreement with specific house rules and expected behavior is required of all guests. This agreement will be sent via Docusign after bookings are accepted. We require guests to complete pertinent information, sign, and return to us with a copy of state ID in order to confirm identity within 48 hours of receipt in order to maintain reservations. Reservations may be cancelled if these items are not filled out, signed, and sent back with 48 hours of receipt. Access to the unit will not be granted without signed agreement and proper ID. If you would like to see a copy of the agreement before requesting to book, please message us through our inbox and we would be happy to send you a copy for review. This is a strictly non-smoking of any kind or vaping unit, inside or outside.
Owners are friendly, very hospitable, and eager to please, but if you're grumpy, rude, and overly picky, then we respectfully ask that you please, keep looking elsewhere. We will bend over backwards for our guests and do whatever is reasonably possible for our guests, but no place will be perfect for everyone’s very specific and differing personalities, tastes, and comfort levels, so please don’t expect utter perfection, with this unit, or any other. We do our very best, but it’s just not possible to please every specific personality completely. If you are friendly, polite, well mannered, and well-communicating guests looking for an elevated experience, then this is the place for you!
