LOOK NO FURTHER - This quaint home centrally located has Vaulted Ceilings + Exposed Beams + Open Floor Plan, Unique Furniture Pieces, and a Back Deck that will take your breath away! Snuggle up on the Sofa or bask in the sun in the Hammock with a cold drink in hand.

Three Bedrooms:
- Primary Room: King Bed, sleeps 2
- Bedroom #2: Queen Bed, sleeps 2
- Bedroom #3: Queen bed, sleeps 2

The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a custom sink, island, and plenty of room for cooking meals the whole gang will enjoy.

Grill, dine, or relax on the outdoor furniture on the back deck. OR relax in Adirondack chairs + bring some marshmallows to roast around the FIREPIT.

The weekend was going well until Sunday when a large roach ran across the counter top (on the island). It really changed our opinions of the property. We had snacks and fruit up on the counter and we really concerned where else they may be. I am requesting a credit for the 3rd day. Please advise.

Girls weekend
This house was PERFECT for our short girls weekend get away. The house was exactly as stated and is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes drive from the downtown area. The house was cozy, spacious, well designed and the decor of the place is impeccable! The property manager got back to me immediately if I had questions and would I highly recommend this to anyone int eh Charlotte area.

Perfect house in a great spot!
We stayed here for a week and were very happy! The house is great, from the design to the quality. The kitchen had a great selection of utensils and the office nook was a PLUS when I had to work some remote. It is a bit of a drive (20ish minutes) to some of the breweries/restaurants but was nice to be away from the hustle at night. Would stay here again for sure.

Merry and bright

The house was small and quaint and was in a quiet neighborhood. Not a far drive from South End. Would’ve loved to enjoy the outdoor space, but weather was not permitting. Would stay here again!

We loved staying at this home! Everything was in a 4 to 5 mile driving distance. Walking trails, Charlotte center, restaurants, groceries! Neighborhood is great for walks too!

Great property close to conference location
Myself and two colleagues stayed at the property while in town for a work conference. The house was clean and decorated well as shown in photos. The backyard space was wonderful to gather and get sun after a day of conference events. House was clean and the neighborhood was save and family friendly. Great space!
