In addition to this "gameroom" there is another queen bedroom and a full bathroom on the lower level. There's also a small office area, in case you need to catch up on work or just want to check your emails.

* Security deposit of $750 will be reserved 3 days prior to arrival (see House Rules below).
* Maximum Overnight Occupancy for Sun-Kissed is 8 guests.
* Maximum Daytime Occupancy for Sun-Kissed is 12 guests.
* All Lake Escape homes are dog-friendly and allow up to 3 dogs ($150 per pet fee applies) Cats are not permitted.
* Unlimited, Complimentary firewood is provided.
* Complimentary propane is provided for use with the outdoor grill.
* Complimentary kayaks, standup paddleboards and lifevests are provided.
