Reserved a room after a very long drive (18hrs) and surgery so needed a quiet nights sleep. It was around midnight, kids running halls and elevators…made deregulatory comments towards me. Really wasn’t in mood…before Ben getting off my elevator the room next to us which was down the hall was so noisy I was surprised no one else was complaining. Sounded like drunk laughter but I couldn’t have been wrong just didn’t want to deal with that so went back down and was almost given hard time about changing rooms and I was like why would I want to call when you can just change my room. I got my room changed and it was quiet the rest of the night, I was so happy to get some sleep, finally! The only other problem I didn’t my mention to anyone because I was so exhausted was the blood drops on my sheets. I’m not doubting they were clean sheets but maybe staff/housekeeping could inspect more closely. Hydrogen peroxide works great at removing blood stains btw Overall I was pleased bc I got sleep. I wasn’t impressed with the lax attitude where teens are running around and going to snack station beside the counter ripping things open, eating and jumping on and off elevators without supervision.

The location was great. The only downsides were that I was notified at the time of check in that my room could not be cleaned daily unless I requested it and given that I had a three night stay that was an inconvenience, also the hallway light in the room did not work.

The scent machine is horrendous! This carcinogen spewing is terrible for people with allergies and frankly smells awful. What are you trying to cover up? Save your money and the environment by shutting this thing down-PLEASE! Your people are great. The smell is awful.

Property was great, there was a $100 charge for incidental that I was not aware of, although it is refundable after 7 business days. Breakfast was great, if you’re a coffee drinker make plans to go out for coffee. Restaurant in walking distance. Overall great stay!
