I did enjoy my stay as the staff was very pleasant. What could improve - room 311, my refrigerator was not on, the placement of microwave and plug for refrigerator are not guest friendly. When I mentioned concern on my refrigerator, the attendant asked me if I checked the plug. I did not want to move any furniture to get to the back of the appliance b/c the plug was not visible. The breakfast trash receptacle is too small of an opening for realistic use, other guests just let their food waste fall all around the hole, which should be a bit bigger to avoid an eye sore. In my bedding and towels, there were long hairs left within the mix. This happens in many establishments, but it is always a 'ick' finding. Overall, the value of my stay was decent. Lastly, put a little more browning to those hashbrowns, they were barely done.

We only stayed one night but I had two rooms and they were reserved together. We arrived late because our flight was changed and had no trouble checking in. One problem that I had was the transport phone line being busy at 11pm so I could not get through to call for transport. I had to call the front desk, but no problem after that.

The room was good, bed comfortable. We weren't expecting to pay for parking. The breakfast wasn't great. A few restaurants nearby. There's a 7-11 nearby where we went to buy some beverages as the hotel bar prices are ridiculous. Only one elevator working and at that particularly slow. Won't be back.

While I was in transit to Charlotte my reservation was canceled by the hotel. I spent over an hour during my layover on the phone my Expedia support. They told me they got me another reservation but were unable to secure it. I had to drop off the call when I boarded my flight. No follow up from Expedia support. We ended up spending 2 nights in absolutely the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in the last 30 years. I am VERY disappointed with Expedia.
