Upon entering Knotty Pines you are greeted with a unique spiral staircase with an elegant chandelier in the foyer. The open concept of the house allows guests to be greeted with a wall of windows allowing the natural light to enter the home, while also providing amazing lake views. The open concept allows easy access to the living room , dining room, and kitchen areas.

Off the foyer is a formal dining room with seating for 8. The spacious living room is furnished with a large sectional & plenty of chairs for all to gather around to enjoy the lake views and watch TV!

Off the living room is the kitchen which features a table for 6 as well as 4 barstools at the kitchen counter. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all new appliances and cooking essentials to whip up a perfect meal for your group to enjoy. The main level, with brand new new flooring and paint throughout, is not complete without the primary bedroom and en suite bath with dual vanities, soaking tub and separate shower.

The upper level is fully renovated with four stylish and comfortable bedrooms. At the top of the stairs you are greeted with a queen bedroom with French doors that boasts all new furniture and bedding with amazing views of the lake. On one end of the upper level you'll find two bedrooms which share a jack and jill bathroom. One bedroom is set up as a bunk room with two twin over full bunk beds, beanbags, a TV and a child size Tee Pee for the kiddos to use their imagination and enjoy. The other bedroom holds a comfortable and cozy king bed. The other side of the upstairs hosts a beautifully decorated large king ensuite bedroom.

The basement has been completely converted to be a convenient and perfect family get-a-way space. Here, you'll find a full kitchen - dishwasher, refrigerator, disposal, microwave and stove. Off the kitchen is a large living room with a large sectional TV and Ping Pong table. Grab a seat and enjoy some good old fashion family competition. There are two bedrooms on the lower level: one with 2 queen beds and another King Suite.

- A maximum of 2 pets are allowed at this home. Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $175 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that events and parties are not allowed.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we cannot always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
