Great house with minor issues
Pros: Oxana was very easy to get in contact with and quick to respond to messages. The house overall was very nice. The downstairs of the split level is nice and stylish, with plenty of furniture for 6 adults to sit and stretch out. There was also a great dining room table for everyone to sit at. The house was also in a great location. We were there as alumni for a college football game, and the stadium (Panthers stadium) wasn't very far, and plenty of restaurants were nearby. The kitchen was also spacious and easy to cook and hang out in.
Cons: The stove top has a giant crack over the biggest burner, which we weren't warned about. As we had a large group, it was a little difficult to cook for everyone while avoiding that burner. The downstairs living room was also connected to one of the bedrooms, and they were separated by a portable divider. I would have liked to have known in advance (or maybe I missed it) that one of the couples who stayed in the home wouldn't have privacy. The downstairs bathroom has a window with no curtains or anything to block seeing (and being seen) from both the backyard and the neighbors' backyard. This bathroom included a shower with glass walls and was easily visible through the window. Finally, there were also dents/scratches/chipped paint throughout the house. This didn't affect the cleanliness of the home, but these minor touch-ups would improve the appearance of the interior.
All-in-all, this was a good house that needed fixes/changes.
