Stunning Lake Wylie Houseboat with dramatic views

Completely renovated in 2020 and impeccably maintained. The houseboat is at PIER 49 and does not leave the marina. A boat like this takes a crew to operate.

Beautiful 95 long x17wide 3 bedroom, full kitchen, dining room, 4 season room with AC and private patio off of master bedroom. 2 full baths and a tremendous patio upstairs with plenty of sun and a 17x20 canopy with misting system, fans and Bluetooth. Includes a kayak and 4 person hot tub
