There was no heat in the room. For engineering to turn the heat on they would have had to turn the cold water off in the room.That makes no sense.

Overall, we had a great stay for the ECU vs UNCC game! We enjoyed the pool with our kids and tailgating in the room before the game. Super convenient to accessing UNCC and surrounding area. A couple things to note: room was very dusty-most likely from down pillows. The water was always warm in the sink and got extremely hot. Restaurant was very slow for breakfast and kids portions were the same aa adult portions for cheaper price. Food was delicious though!

We love how the hotel is on UNC Charlotte's campus. Our son just adds us to his parking campus parking pass and we get free parking at the hotel. Very nice rooms and hotel.

Customer service was awful. When I tried to speak with a manager about it, there was never one on duty. Dirty sheets in the room. Rooms were not ready on time. Staff had an attitude (Lajcia) when asked why the room wasnt ready and why when it was, we didnt recieve a call or for them to let us know (we were in the lobby).

The property was very nice. I was a little taken back by the fact that check in was at 4 and I wasn’t able to get into my room until 8 due to the hotel having a large party that checked out late. After a long hot day of moving my daughter into college this was a big inconvenience. The hotel offered nothing for this inconvenience and neither did Expedia.

We booked our room two weeks ago for a one night stay 8/17/24. We arrived at 5:10 to find out our room wasn’t ready. There was a lot of people in the lobby also waiting. Apparently they over booked Friday and they didn’t have the rooms clean. We waited and waited. They ended up giving us a different room with just one bed and it was four of us. We finally got a room at 7:40 and caused us to be late to our concert. The next morning we went to the lobby and wanted to discuss on an agreement about the room and a possible refund of some sort. The young lady at the lobby said we would have to speak to the manager who wasn’t there and told us to check again after 10 am we did and she still wasn’t there.
