Welcome to Water Break at the Lake. A mid-century modern home completely remodeled to serve the needs of 14 lakefront guests. The upgrades are endless with new everything!! This property is the perfect retreat, and a rare find ~ Sandy Beach on a private Lake Norman property with a swimming dock! Endless lake views through windows on the entire rear of the home.
Guests are greeted with a large open concept living, dining and kitchen room combo with a large wall of windows and sliders to a large screen porch. The windows allow for amazing lake views! The open area has vaulted ceilings with gorgeous wooden beams across the ceiling. The dining area has a table with seating for six. There are two living areas, the main area facing the shiplap fireplace has a leather couch and chair to watch the game. Adjacent to the living area is a perfect reading area or place to grab coffee to watch the sun in two oversized leather chairs. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for all our guests' meal preparation. The kitchen has everything you need, including a drip and K-cup coffee maker & a large prep island with seating for three.
The primary bedroom en suite is on the main floor with a wall of windows and sliders to a private deck. The deck has private loungers and seating. Waking up to the lake views will be a challenge to leave! The ensuite bath features dual sinks and a large glass walk in shower.
On the main level there are two more bedrooms, a King bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of twin beds. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom.
The Lower Level features two bedrooms, a king and 2 queen bedroom, a shared hall bath and a family room. The family room boasts a large, comfy sectional, wet bar, TV, huge bean bag and pool table. There are sliders to the lower level patio and easy access to the lake.
Outside at Water Break at the Lake is where we know most guests will enjoy their time. There is a floating dock boat slip in deep water and a floating swim platform for water play. Enjoy time at the covered dock relaxing in the shade over the water or jumping in for a swim. There is even an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off before coming inside. Plenty of outdoor seating with dining tables, and a fire pit table on the lower level to enjoy night time by the lake!

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This home also comes with 1 kayak and 2 SUP.
- Please note that events and parties are not allowed.
Parking Details:
- The driveway can accommodate up to 8 cars.
- Driveway parking only. No parking is allowed in the grass or on the street.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
