Only problem we had was trying to figure out the heat/air Thermostat on wall would allow you to seemingly set a temperature but then did nothing but display the current temp. Finally realized the temp adjustment had to be done from the actual hvac unit. There was no obvious control panel, you had to really study it to find the controls. Absolutely no instructions in the room on how to make adjustments. Room was very warm until we figured this out after midnight The display on the wall looked like a control thermostat but only displayed current temperature
