Kitchen was incredible as we took advantage of the grill and kitchen amenities. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Great dining room and common area to hang out as a family. Kitchen/living area was spacious and inviting, bedrooms with their own bathrooms, were clean and convenient for all the members of the family. "My sons and his baseball team played in Cooperstown and we stayed at the farmhouse. It was a great experience the area is beautiful. We had a lovely time exploring the area. Scott was very friendly with comminuted with us very well. We had an amazing experience here! "

"The house was as advertised. It is conveniently located close to downtown Cooperstown. The remodel bathrooms were nice though small. The kitchen was very usableI would return for future visits. "

"Well the reason for the stay was to recouperate from a recent heart attack, we were looking for something tucked away in the woods, away from houses and traffic, with lots of property to walk around. Unfortunately we got neither, the house was on a busy road with houses right next door and the land went back 10 feet tops, the pictures were very diseving. The house was very nice but the location is what was important to us."
