5/5 Excellent
"The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. Every day we got a little something (e.g., chocolates, wine, macaron cookies) left in the room. The location was fabulous- very close to shopping, restaurants, Christmas markets, and transportation. The room could stand some upgrading- slightly sticky closet door, area rug and sofa were dated and bit dingy. The breakfast wasn't worth the price but the dinner at the Elevador Restaurant was fabulous- best we had in the city. The Fado show was so great. The staff and location far outweighed the minor issues. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. "
