"I asked when booking the room if there was room for my friend that has a walker, that she could get into the bathroom and shower ok. Well she couldn't get into the toilet with walker and couldn't have a shower. No room. Also the parking outside the room was terrible. Couldn't park in front of the room when we came back from our outing. Trying to get out of the park was very hard."

"The WiFi was not working properly. The Tv we couldn’t get to work, the information booklet had nothing in it except a menu and warranty’s on electrical appliances, a heater but no air conditioning it was stuffy Disappointing but it was clean "

" nice area, centrally located, close to park, river and the beach, not far away from Burnie, renovated room, friendly staff, nice meal in the restaurant, car park - the air conditioner outside was coming on every 15min. when switched on, it was really noisy, even with the closed window. So avoid the rooms with the windows facing the car park."
