"Notre séjour dans ce gite s'est très bien passé. Il permet d’accueillir de nombreuses familles pour se retrouver le temps d'un WE. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon moment et les propriétaires sont très accueillant même si le gite, vu sa grande taille, est un peu froid pour l'hiver. "This lovely cottage was my home for a month and I was extremely sad to say goodbye on my last day. It remained cool in the extreme heat of July and had everything I could possible need to live for a month. Jacques was an amazing host, providing many little extra touches that i have rarely experienced in other 'rent by owner' situations. His ability to speak English was a bonus as he helped me out of a few language barrier situations. Highly recommend this location."

"The room smelt of cigarette smoke and it was obviously a know issues as the window had been open as the room temperature was the same as out side. A fantastic week!

"We had a fantastic week staying at the gite. We were a party of 8 and we had plenty of room - having two separate houses also worked really well for us. The pool is lovely - a great size, clean, heated and in a lovely setting. The location is beautiful, in the grounds of the chateau, and we enjoyed eating at the large table outside under the tree. The hosts were very friendly and helpful - thank you! In terms of eating out, we had a really delicious meal at the restaurant Aux Trois Pastoureaux in Chateaudun which is about 20 mins drive away - would highly recommend. All in all we had an amazing week and would love to go back at some point."
