Swimming pool was closed, half of the machines in the gym are broken, and the restaurant was ‘full’ even though there appeared to be only two tables occupied. Overall a poor experience, particularly for a hotel which markets and prices itself as having 4 stars.

Attention lorsque vous prenez la demi pension. On pense avoir entrée plat ou plat dessert mais en fait ce n’est que sur la formule du marché avec un choix de seulement deux plats et deux entrées et un dessert. D’autre part demandez un étage élevé. Au premier sous la fenêtre depuis plus d’une heure un camion frigorifique qui fait un bruit d’enfer.

Nous sommes des clients récurrents de la chaîne d'hotels novotel. Nous avons été assez choqué de l'état des chambres de cet hotel qui semble être victime du volume important de visiteurs du futuroscope. La chambre était tellement "dégeulasse" à notre arrivée que nous avons demandé à changer. La seconde chambre n'était pas mieux. La troisième idem : sol arraché, tâche sur le canapé, banquette impossible a remettre en canapé car éclaté, joint de la salle de bain sale, bouche d'aération qui n'a jamais été nettoyé, lavabo qui est à la limite de s'arracher du mur. Résultat ? Nous avons écourté nos vacances d'une journée dans cet hotel, nous allons faire une réclamation auprès d'hotels.com Nous n'étions plus proche d'un formule 1 que du standing de novotel, ce qui est regrettable nous apprécions habituellement cette chaîne.

L'hôtel super, bonne accueil. Restaurant tres bon et le service rapide et efficace. L'équipe de serveur tres amical et professionnelle. Belle piscine un peut froide mais les matins était trop frais pour permettre au soleil de chauffer la piscine. Rapport qualité prix excellent surtout si vous prenez la demi pension. L'hôtel est a 800 mètres de l'aquascope et du futuroscope.
