"The owners manual was the initial indication all was not well with a multitude of bluntly delivered instructions as long as your arm. We arrived in 38 degrees of heat to find only one very old fan for the whole house, no air conditioning, very poor insulation and all the furniture, crockery and beds very old and worn. "We are tennis fanatics so it was lovely to have a private court in good condition in the grounds. Played every day. Nice pool to cool off. Villa was spotless and spacious and all the appliances worked. Be aware that towels are not provided. Dealing with Vrbo was not easy. We needed to talk to them about a French legal requirement for liability insurance and the only contact number I could find was a USA premium rate line. Cost me £35 for a 7 minute conversation and they failed to call me back...

"A delightful property that was well equipped and comfortable. The area was quiet with a couple of restaurants within a 5 minute drive. During our stay we visited the beach, the beautiful Le Thoronet Abbey, the picturesque village of Tourtour and also enjoyed water sports at a lake in Bauden. All these activities were only 30 minutes to an hour away. The owners were helpful and friendly and took good care of the property. We can highly recommend staying here!"

Great place!

"The hotel for me looked like a hidden diamond) We liked it a lot and this is very seldom I put 10 as the highest rate. Everything was great - the big suite with the balcony, the breakfast at the open terrace, the pool, which has never been busy at the peak season, the big parking place and the location of the hotel just 5-6 min driving from Saint-Raphael - overall great! The pollows, which is a special sign of hospitality for me, were extremely comfortable, hypoallergenic (which is also very important for person like me), the air-conditioning worked exceptionally well. Great place!"

"We stayed here before but now it’s a Mecure it has really improved. A full remodelling has been done and it’s a great job! Lovely room with great bathroom. Plenty of sockets and tea/coffee making facilities. We took the breakfast in a great bright dining area. Food was good a plenty of options. Hotel is right on the front and is a five minute walk from station. Highly recommended. "

Additionally no one to talk to after 7 or 8pm because the front desk is closed.
