"Loved our stay at Maple Whiskey Cove. Catherine was an amazing host. Communication was excellent and there so many nice touches. The cabin was amazing. "The cabin itself was great. Clean and well put together. The views are amazing. Quick 15 minute drive to downtown with restaurants and shops. One thing to note: this property is up on a mountain only accessible by dirt roads with a couple of very steep/bumpy spots. It was a little tricky but not too bad for me to get in and out of the property (I have a front wheel drive RAV4). If you don’t have an SUV or a truck, it’s going to be difficult to get in and out of this property."

"Boy did we luck out on a little bit of paradise. Looking for a level place for 86/92 year old parents. You may drive the hills but once you pull in you are LEVEL...Floor to ceiling windows in every bedroom and den. PRIVATE...only the animals can peek in on you! Hot tub, fire pit, large deck, grill ....we lived the life. Morning sunrise, evening moon rise. We had uninterupted views for MILES. Clean, two bathrooms - LOVED LOVED the relaxing home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a getaway!!"

"Good location for a taste of the Blue Ridge life. Located at the end of a ridge overlooking three mountains. Property was clean and accurate and comfortable (sofas were a bit soft for us!) and the bed was great. The TV was pretty tricky to operate but w some patience we managed to figure it out too. Only 10 min from downtown. Be prepared for winding gravel roads !! "
