2025 Spring Break

We had family coming in from WI, AL, MS & TN! This house comfortably housed all of us! The accessible rooms were very convenient for our older guests. Every side of the house has amazing views! Highly recommend this place right on the TN River with beautiful Mountain View’s!

Great location for large gathering

Property was a great fit for our multi-generational blended family. Provided enough gathering areas for everyone to be together and enough private space for folks to retreat. Convenient to interstate and Chattanooga amenities. We were able to have meals delivered easily. Hosts were very responsive.

Tennessee River place

The place was great! Clean, large enough for big Families and enough bedrooms where you could get some privacy too. The large yard was great for outdoor activities and plenty enough space inside to have serval different activities going at once. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!!

Guest house

Needs some TLC- gas fire won’t light, the showers were hard to activate and ours dripped all the time. The game table was rickety. However, we had 15 adults and 1 child and everyone had a bed to sleep in. It was located within 30 minutes of each of the attractions we visited so it was nice.

Loved it!

We had 12 family in town for a graduation. This house was a rare find, with bathrooms for each room and so much space. The property was absolutely beautiful. Easy access to Lookout Mountain and Chattanooga.

Thanksgiving

The place is fantastic. Nice rooms with comfortable furniture. For a big group on a holiday pre cook as much as you can. The o Lu downside is there is only one oven so cooking for a large group is a bit difficult. Overall this place is great and you’ll have a fantastic time.

Great Family Vacation

This property was wonderful for our 15 people ranging from 8-70. We enjoyed kayaking and jet skiing on the river. Each family was able to spread out with their own bedroom and bathroom with a great family room to come together. Host met us and was attentive to any questions or needs we had. Enjoyed our week tremendously!

Summer Family Time

We had a wonderful time, reuniting with 10 adults and 6 grandchildren. Enough space for everyone to have privacy but also to be together for games, meals, visiting. The location was perfect… close to shop for groceries, great for kayaking and totally safe for 6 young children. The hosts were wonderful and very easy to get in touch with. We would definitely return for another summer!

We loved the outside space. The 6 adjoining bedrooms were comfortable and easily accessible. However, we were disappointed by areas of the house that were in disrepair and needed to be cleaned considering the cost to rent.

Very comfortable house!

This was one of the most comfortable houses we have vacationed at. From grandparents to the 8 month old all had a good time! Plenty of room in the main area for everyone to be together. Outside space was very usable and the toddlers ran all over without worry. We brought a little swimming pool for them. The bedrooms were spacious. The views from the house were absolutely beautiful. Chattanooga was easily accessible. Easy to work with host!

Great place to get away!

Overall, everything was very nice and well kept. There are a few little things that need some attention, but none were an inconvenience, just general maintenance items. The property is beautiful and the beds and furniture comfortable. We did wish we could’ve gotten the gas fireplace in the main room going, and the youngest in our group (age 11) would’ve liked a bit sturdier game table, but she survived just fine. We certainly would book this house again!

Family Christmas

We had a wonderful family Christmas. The beds comfy and plenty of seating in the living area. Unfortunately the kitchen was a problem. It is poorly supplied with not enough dishes and glasses. We had to go out and buy paper plates and paper towels. There were no dish towels and on Christmas day we used a waffle iron qhich tripped a breaker. Breakfast was delayed by 30 mins while we hunted for the second for the second fuse panel.fuse box.fuse bdishes. No serving bowls or platters a

Just book it!

This place was perfect for our huge Christmas family gathering. We rented some of the hotel rooms in the venue as well. Several of us brought our pups and they had a great time as well! It is not a new, updated property, but it is clean and well kept. There were some rolling blackouts due to the frigid temps, but the PM sent over space heaters and extra blankets for us. The kitchen is well stocked and the dining room gave us extra storage. The grounds and outside space are beautiful. If you’re on the fence, book it!

Idyllic scenery and Comfortable home

The space was wonderful and the scenery was so beautiful it felt like we were in a dream. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and family reunion. There were lots of games for us all to play and a large living space for us all to visit with each other. However, there were a few glitches. First, the ice maker did not work. Next, there were only 2 wine glasses for 12 adults. Also, ants were found in one of the beds. The contents of the kitchen cabinets were disorganized. I suggest that instructions on how to use the stove in the kitchen and shower in the bathroom be put on the wall.

College Reunion Friends Get Away

We are a group of 10 who have been friends since 1969. For the last six years we have been meeting for Labor Day Weekend at a different location that can accommodate us. Two of us are single; the rest are married couples. This property met our needs thoroughly -- having a bathroom for every bedroom was a huge help as one of our group members is suffering from Alzheimer's and Parkinson's -- it's been progressing for the past three years. Having the availability of a master bedroom on the main floor with bathroom (there are two bedrooms on the main floor) was a huge convenience. Kitchen was well stocked with every dish, cup, cooking pots and pans that you could want. We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the location along the Tennessee River.

Nothing “luxury” about it...

Property was run down, almost every appliance and bathroom fixture was leaky or broken, House was not clean when we arrived, and nobody ever showed up to help us, despite us calling. The property needs a full renovation to be anywhere near luxurious. And the description said 10 minutes from downtown, when it was actually a solid 20. Described as being on 100 private acres, when it’s actually a wedding venue. People rang our doorbell all weekend asking for a tour of the facility. Despite the misleading description, we had a lovely time being outside as a family and using the house as a very inconvenient “home base.” Would not stay here again.

Review of property

Overall enjoyed stay; however, there were several things that would have improved the experience. The microwave was not working and had to be plugged in separately due to electrical issues. Another outlet in kitchen was not working and as a result, the dishwasher did not work. Some of the toilets were very slow to flush. The air was not regulated in a few of the bedrooms. Extra blankets in each bedroom would have been helpful. The gas fireplace was not working. On the last night, NYE, the door locks all changed automatically at midnight and the assigned code for the trip would no longer work. On the positive side, Caleb was quick to respond and was very nice even if he was not sure how to correct the issue. The property’s location was beautiful and convenient. The outdoor wedding next door was a nice surprise.
