Our room literally didn’t lock, the place was crawling with roaches and I was too scared to take a shower because it was obvious no actual cleaning had occurred. The staff were super nice but everything else was horrific .

Room wasn’t clean. Shower and bed weren’t clean. Sheets and comforter were stained and dirty. No deadbolt on door. Shades didn’t close or cover window. Overall very poor option. Definitely not a 4 out of 5 rating. More like a 1-2.

Located in a bad area- concrete floors- cockroaches everywhere when we walked in the room. The place looked more like a rent by the hour place. We had to leave, we walked the second we saw the cockroaches

It was a nightmare! If you are a bug lover, then you will love renting a room at this establishment. There are plenty of bugs in the rooms!

The lobby staff was very friendly. The maintenance man who came to open our door with a crowbar was very prompt and friendly. There was a dead cockroach on the floor under the nightstand. The shower room looked unclean so we didn’t use it.
