The hotel itself was just fine for the money. However the parking, especially the handicap parking, does not make it easily accessible to your room.

Serenity Stay
My room was clean, lil hiccup with TV & Door key but staff came immediately to fix it. I did an iron, but it wasn't in the room, but I didn't call for one either. It is close to restaurant and malls which is really great if you don't have a car.

The Hotel Chalet at The Choo Choo
The nostalgic Chattanooga Choo-Choo train display and train car suites added to the experience. Loved the facility upkeep and bathroom design detail (and cleanliness) were top-notch. They have a helpful, friendly staff too. I also recommend the local restaurants and bars 👍👍
