Next to one main drive way with bus stop downstairs,thus no way to open window and sleep because crazy noise. Management has no sense to proactively help guest under this extreme weather condition. "Our family group of three enjoyed staying in Suzi’s lovely apartment in Montreux. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Suzi even left a few treats for us to enjoy during our stay. Thank you! We loved walking around Lake Geneva and walking over to visit Chillon Castle. We also walked to the train station to ride the cogwheel train up to Rochers de Naye. It was an amazing experience!"

"-UNRESPONSIVE HOST -Incomplete address requiring local shop keepers help to locate the unit, and to get luggage and groceries to the apartment -Unit is on 4TH FLOOR, which takes EIGHT flights of stairs to get to and there is NO ELEVATOR. -The bedroom is up an old, narrow, slippery, wooden staircase with NO LIGHTS and NO HANDRAILS. "Loved the view from this property overlooking the lake. Would have like air conditioning. A warning to anyone washing their clothes in the on-site laundry. It automatically dispenses soap and even after washing out clothes a few times after it stank of the soap smell very strongly. It gave my wife a headache and eyes watered. We could not believe we could not get that strong soap smell out. My wife almost threw away her clothes that she has washed there. Again don’t use their onsite...
