"I was skeptical as it was inexpensive and one of the last available two days before a Bills game. I would absolutely stay here again. It is an older motel but there is great effort to make it lovely. Bar area is lovely. Breakfast is basic but most are anymore. I felt safe and comfortable at this hotel. "

"I would give 4.5 stars if possible. We had a great stay here. The location is great and the service we received at the front desk was excellent . They were very friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. We had a small issue with our first room and we requested a switch, they made it super easy for us to do so and didn’t act like we were a bother at all. "Very convenient location to shopping centres, restaurants and entertainment. No more than 15 mins travel radius. It was not far from the border to Canada. "

"There is a lot to like about this property, but it does need an upgrade. No free breakfast but "made to order" is pretty good. Pool is terrific. Don't like that you are treated differently if you don't reserve direct. Should not allow reservations to be made on "outside services" such as Orbitz. Don't give room availability to outside services if not treated equally to direct reservations"
