Welcome to Evergreen Escape at Lake Chelan! Recently updated, charming, large 2 story home with 3 beds/3 baths, a bunk room, loft, and ample parking. This beautiful home is conveniently located lakeside, just three minutes walking distance from the beautiful sandy beaches at Lakeside Park and a short five-minute drive to downtown Chelan for delicious food, wine and shopping!

Evergreen Escape features a wraparound deck with outdoor seating and dining. Ample dedicated parking spaces with enough room for even an RV or boat! A large backyard for cookouts, entertainment and yard games. The updated fully stocked kitchen features a large dining table which seats eight, with additional seating for four at the bar.

There are smart TVs in the living room, bunk room, loft and bedrooms. Each TV is loaded with plenty of streaming services to use: YouTube TV, Netflix, Disney+, HBO, and Amazon Prime Video. Complimentary high-speed wireless internet allows streaming from anywhere, including your personal devices.

We had a lovely time with our family at this house. Walking distance to lakeside swimming, wineries, and downtown. Property was very clean and the house was perfect for family dinners and relaxing evenings on the porch. Highly recommend this place!

Great Stay in the Heart of Chelan!
We loved our stay here! The house was the perfect size for our group, was immaculately clean and had every amenity we could need. We loved that it was within walking distance to the park (we spent 2 afternoons floating there) and it was just a short drive to town. (We also highly recommend renting a pontoon boat for the day - so much fun!) We appreciate the hosts sharing their beautiful home with us and highly recommend!

As described, very close to downtown Chelan. Place was clean, stocked, well decorated, and had plenty of room for group of 8 ppl. Beds were comfy and appreciated that the house had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. Added benefit that it was walking distance to the waterfront and beach access. Hidden gem in Chelan. Amazing home in a great location!
Our friends were looking for a place to have as our home base for a weekend of golf around Chelan. This place was it! Home: Very spacious and plenty of room for the 6 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to grill out and cook the occasional breakfast. Wrap around porch/deck with an outdoor patio and rockers set a nice tone for our relaxing weekend. Location: Right off the main road so it was easy to get in and out of downtown Chelan. It's an 8m drive to downtown Chelan and the Safeway. Bonus points for the winery right across the street. Parking: Two spots in the front with more parking in the back for 3-5 cars. There's an outlet in the back where we were able to charge up our Tesla as well, which was a bonus! I believe they may install a Tesla wall charger in the future, which would be huge for any EV owner to top off their battery since the nearest supercharger is 18m away in Entiat. Hosts: Nam and Holly were very attentive, responded to my questions swiftly and made checking in/out a breeze. Thanks for a great weekend!

A beautiful, spacious home near the lake, wineries, and a 5 minute drive to downtown Chelan. The home was spotless and well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxing, fun time in Chelan! Our host, Holly, was quick to respond to any questions we had and offered us an early check-in, which we so appreciated! There is a beautiful lakeside park with a swimming area just a 3 minute walk away. We enjoyed the covered wrap-around deck at the house and slept well in the very comfortable beds. We highly recommend this vacation rental and look forward to returning next year! Thank you, Holly!

Beautiful large stylish home near the lake!
This home was perfect for our group of 4 moms who each got their own room and 4 teen boys who got to sleep in the bunk bed room together. A short drive or walk to town and just around the corner from the public beach on lake chelan. Highly recommend this home and would stay again.

This is a beautiful home spacious enough for a large family and room enough to spread out but still know what kids are doing in the next room! Short walking distance to beaches in a friendly and beautiful neighborhood. I could easily pull my kayak to the sandy beach (with a bad hip.) Kitchen spacious for many to prepare meals at the same time. dining inside and out spacious enough for all to sit in either place together. Owner was very quick to answer questions and provide help when needed. Appliances like crockpot, rice cooker, blender, toaster, etc. all were very new and well kept. Thank you for a safe, spacious, relaxing and beautiful stay!

Great communication with property manager. She had a highchair purchased for our use and responded quickly to questions. We had 6 adults and a toddler and 4 month old in tow and the home was spacious lots of room for kids to play. Beds were excellent. Location was great but note that the house does sit next to the main highway so road noise might bother some, but our Grandson loved sitting on the beautiful porch and watching all the vehicles go by.

We enjoyed our stay at Chelan though it was an off season to be there. We wanted to spend time together with friends. Great place, easy to locate and right next to lake. If your are traveling with children, it is also helpful to have amenities around you. I recommend this place!

Great getaway weekend!
A group of us stayed here for a weekend getaway in November, and it was a great experience! The house has a large kitchen with a lot of space for multiple people to help cook. It has also has an 8 person dining table, 4 barstools, two large living rooms, and was very clean and nicely decorated. We loved that there were multiple bedrooms, including a couple with king beds, three bathrooms, and plenty of parking. It was a short drive into town, and there is even a winery in walking distance across the street. The neighborhood was quiet, and our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. Communicating with the owner was really fast and easy. We will definitely come back again next summer or fall!

AMAZING!
What an amazing weekend getaway. We brought our kids and parents. The house is bright and beautifully decorated. Beds and pillows are comfortable, even more than my own at home. Kitchen and bathrooms are clean and very well stocked. We especially loved the huge deck that has a peekaboo view of the lake. This house is conveniently located just a block or so from a beautiful waterfront state park. 2 minute car ride takes you to a boat rental business. We spent a day on a boat, playing on the water. I can't recommend this amazing house enough. A MUST STAY! We will be coming back soon.

Great Chelan Experience
Our stay was excellent. The property is clean, comfortable, beautiful, and had everything we needed. It’s a quick trip to the park, water, restaurants, and wineries, and also had plenty of lawn and deck space for outdoor activities at the house. The rooms are spacious and the beds/seating super comfortable. I would absolutely stay at this property again!
