Super clean and easy check in which is typical with holiday inn I love staying here. But this time it was awful was a random water leak coming from the bathroom ceiling. It was in the middle of the night while me and my child was sleeping. Had to transfer room but super inconvenient

The indoor pool is never open! They rarely have a life guard on duty, and won't open the pool for guests without one. I booked ONLY to take my kids swimming and was unable too... wasting of money

It was very hard to fall asleep and stay asleep as there was a dog that would bark quite a bit. Very frustrating as we had to be up early and I didn’t get good rest.
