The views from our room were amazing, and the heavens gave us a spectacular lightshow - brilliant stars early, and then a fast-moving thunderstorm later. "This was a lovely little room, very comfortable. Not a lot open on Sunday in the town. No restaurants or cafes or even grocery store. If you want to eat on Sunday, you have to drive into chamonix or wait until the restaurant opens at 6:00 pm. Wish the breakfast was included. It looked delicious! "

"Second stay at the Heliopic, first in the hotel then this one in the apartments, and just amazing. Fantastic well equipped immaculate apartment. The bedding is amazing best nights sleep in a huge bed. Staff are very attentive and helpful. The views are phenomenal and never cease to amaze. The pool and spa are perfect after a long day. The free coffees water and ice cream are a lovely touch. Highly recommend and will certainly be back. "

The spa staff was uncoordinated and untrained The front desk unmanned for several minutes, so I had to find someone to check me in. "Fabulous hotel, staff was outstanding. Jacuzzi’s could have been warmer but jets were strong for a good calf massage after a long day of skiing! Spa was lovely, sauna and hammam were very hot which was great. Rooms not large but adequate. We had a group of 8 rooms, mostly couples and all were pleased. We would stay there again for sure. "
