"Hotel facilities are clean and new. Location is convenient. Service can be improved by hiring ore people who can speak English. Breakfast is included in the fee but the breakfast is mostly oriental. Wiukd recomend adding more healthy otems like more fruit variety and cereals ."

"Undoudtedly the best hotel in Chengde, and at first glance it is very confortable and overall well-kept. However, it is a very Chinese hotel and not very international. Staff speak little to no English and the service provided is geared towards a domestic clientele. Nothing wrong with that, as long ..."
