Hotel has its unique charm with an open courtyard for enjoying a hearty breakfast of eastern and western spread. The staff was exceptionally helpful in their advice and assistance; making my stay exceptionally special. Their assistance in every respect was beyond my expectation. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Even tea was available for sale. Location is brilliant for access to Wen Shu Monastery with its special paintings and calligraphy for me. Easy access to the restaurants and shops a plus indeed besides the historical pastry shop opposite the hotel. Thank you.

As this was my first trip to China and I chose this hotel without any direction or knowledge of the property I will say this. I really was treated by the staff excellent and enjoyed their friendliness and their professionalism. I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. I was staying at Xishu Garden in for three nights. It was such a lovely place I loved it! The service was great. They could speak english and one can even eat there. Furthermore it is close to the panda station and relatively central. The accommodation was so nice and I totally would recommend it 10/10

My favourite hotel in whole China.. The room is not fancy,but it has everthing i need with very reasonable price, clean, nice surroundings and nearby metro. They are very friendly and helpful with all my questions. i surely will come back to Sophie(She is Tibetan )about my Tibet trip in 2025.

Be careful

I was charged twice for my room and after two weeks the refund has not been made. It is 1km from the nearest metro station. They sent me to the wrong airport and I had to pay additional costs of more than 2,900 yuan, not counting the terrible experience of having missed my international flight and traveling more than 150kms to get my final flight, which they did not pay anything for at all. Helpful staff and good quality food. I am writing to them to get a response from them and they have blocked me.

The hotel is amazing. The best hotel i had during my china trip. The location is unbeatable. Its in a authentic area nearby Wenshu monastery, very beautiful to walk around.and there r a lot of nice restaurants as well. There is a bakery shop, which always lined up with a lot of customers. I would love to try them, but the queue is too long. Their beakfast is also good. Very tasty. I also booked my Jiuzhaigou trip with them. It is very well organised, i am very happy about it. The reception girls are all very friendly with good English skills, always very nicely to answer my questions. Very helpful hotel if u r not traveling with a guide. All in all, i would totally recommend this hotel to anyone.
